Set out entry criteria, tiers and benefits, rebates, deal registration and tier reviews so partners know how to join, what they get and what they owe.
Prompt
Write a channel partner program policy for a cybersecurity software vendor recruiting regional resellers and systems integrators. Purpose: make clear how partners join, what each tier earns and what they must deliver. Requirements: define partner types and the application process, tabulate requirements and benefits by tier, explain rebate types, calculation base, tiered rates and payout cycles with a worked example, and cover deal registration and conflicts, review cycles and tier changes, code of conduct and exit terms; mark any rates or thresholds not provided as "TBD". Keep it clear and precise, and flag that a lawyer must review it.

Preguntas frecuentes
