Statement of work (SOW)
Set scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline and payment milestones so both sides know what gets done, when it's done and when it's paid.
Prompt
Draft a statement of work for a software consultancy building a data platform for a regional pharmacy chain. Purpose: leave no ambiguity between the parties about scope, deliverables, acceptance and payment milestones. Requirements: state the project details and the governing master agreement, list in-scope work and what is explicitly excluded, tabulate deliverables with their acceptance criteria, describe the acceptance process and review periods, milestones, each party's responsibilities and what the client must provide, set out the pricing model and payment milestones tied to acceptance, and add assumptions and a change process; note at the end that a lawyer must review it. Keep the wording precise.

Preguntas frecuentes
