When you make API requests through our Services, your input content (prompts) is transmitted to the selected third-party AI model provider for processing. We act as a routing intermediary and do not use your input content for any purpose other than fulfilling your API requests.

API request content is processed in real-time and is not persistently stored by us beyond short-term operational logging. However, third-party model providers may have their own data retention policies, which are governed by their respective terms of service.

We recommend that you review the privacy policies of the underlying model providers and avoid including sensitive personal information in API requests unless necessary and appropriate.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated by NICE TALK PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore. Depending on the AI model you select, your API request data may be processed in different jurisdictions:

China Mainland Models: When you access AI models provided by mainland China cloud providers (such as DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, etc.), your API requests are processed directly by the respective mainland cloud provider's API services. Your data does not leave mainland China in these cases.

Overseas Models: When you access international AI models (such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), your API requests are routed through our Hong Kong servers and processed by our Singapore-based service infrastructure before being forwarded to the respective model providers.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in each jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Services, you consent to the data routing arrangements described above.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email.
