Company policy
Turn a rule such as attendance, expenses or remote work into a policy ready to publish: scope, roles, standards, process and consequences.
Prompt
Draft a remote work policy for a 150-person tech company. Purpose: make clear who can work remotely, how to request it and what is expected, so everyone follows the same rules. Requirements: use numbered sections for purpose and scope, roles, rules, process, exceptions, violations and general provisions; cover eligibility and approval, availability and response times, how attendance and performance are measured, and equipment and security rules, with a request form attached; state standards and deadlines as concrete numbers and flag employment-law clauses for HR and legal review. Use precise, formal language.
