Staff announcement
Write notices on holidays, new policies or appointments with key facts up front, so staff see at a glance what changes and what to do.
Prompt
Write an announcement of the office schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday. Purpose: make sure all staff know which days the office is closed, who is on call and what to wrap up beforehand. Requirements: use a title that names the subject, include the issuing team, date and audience, open with one sentence stating the decision, give the closure dates with weekdays, on-call staff and contacts, and expectations for handoffs and security before the break, list what employees must do and by when, and close with a contact for questions and a sign-off. Keep it concise and formal, within one page.

Preguntas frecuentes
