Performance feedback
Help a manager write review comments and a 1:1 outline, with specific examples of strengths and gaps and agreed goals for the next period.
Prompt
Write annual performance feedback from the operations manager of a 50-person cross-border e-commerce company to an operations specialist on the team. Purpose: help the manager prepare the review conversation so the employee understands their performance, the basis for the rating and the next steps. Requirements: open with an overall assessment and the rating rationale, tabulate goals against results, use the SBI model for 2–3 strengths and 1–3 behaviors to improve, set next-period goals, development areas and the support the manager will provide, then add a conversation guide with suggested questions and a section for the employee's comments and sign-off. Keep it candid, specific and constructive.
