Prompt
As a reviewer, write a report on a manuscript submitted to a management journal that studies how remote work affects employees' innovative behavior. Purpose: help the editor decide and show the authors how to improve the paper. Requirements: summarize the research question, methods and main findings in your own words, give an overall assessment, list numbered major issues that affect the validity of the conclusions (where they occur, why they matter, how to fix them), then minor issues and anything the authors need to provide or clarify, and end with a recommendation of accept, minor revision, major revision or reject, with reasons. Be professional, objective and constructive. Manuscript:
